Street Style: sail away

I'm liking this post a lot more than the lara stone wannabe in the last post. I love the Breton fisherman's shirt peeking out of the cropped blazer.

Street Style: Sausage Casing

I really don't know what to make of this look. It seems like a good idea in theory but everything just looks ill fitting. cute bag though

label: TwentySeven Names

I'm really into New Zealand Label TwentySeven Names. Designed by Rachel Easting and Anjali Stewart, the designers come from both art and fashion backgrounds citing contemporary art as the basis for their collections. I love how delicate and fragile the clothes seem, perfect for an ethereal spring look.

menswear: match print

A great spread in Men's Vogue China, featuring model and tall drink of vodka Vladimir Ivanov photographed by Alexi Lubomisrski. The spread features prints by Tom Ford, Givenchy, and Dries Van Noten, plus Vladimir isn't that hard to look at either.

Daria

Daria Werbowy is showing up everywhere lately. First in Vogue Paris in an amazing reinterpretation of a 1974 photoshoot with Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin. Mario Testino captures the eroticism and passion of the original in this Vogue Paris editorial feat. Italian artist Fancesco Vezzoli and styled by Carine Roitfeld herself.
Daria is also featured in Vogue Paris' monthly beauty supplement photographed by Ben Hassett. I love the glitz and glam of the makeup, perfect for your inner diva
In May's issue of Vogue proper Daria is photographed once again by Mario Testino in designs by Alexander Wang, Phillip Lim and Ralph Lauren . This editorial captures the fashion sensibility of American's in Paris. I love the wide leg trousers btw
